The AeroChamber Plus^® valved holding chamber (VHC) is the most commonly-prescribed valved holding chamber in the world. The design incorporates our experience gained since 1980 in developing and manufacturing innovative aerosol drug delivery devices and systems.

Subject to a physicians direction, the AeroChamber Plus^® VHC can be used with all commonly prescribed metered dose inhalers (pMDIs). When compared to other valved holding chambers in in-vitro and in-vivo studies, AeroChamber Plus^® VHC provides consistent aerosol drug delivery across a wide range of formulations, while encouraging patient compliance and optimizing potential therapeutic benefits.
Designed to limit the potential for human error, AeroChamber Plus^® VHC with Flow-Vu^® IFI incorporates multiple feedback mechanisms which reassure the patient that medication has been delivered and allows compliance checks to be made. The addition of the Flow-Vu^® Inspiratory Flow Indicator has no significant affect on aerosol delivery, but provides visual assurance to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals that inhalation is being performed correctly.
Containing the same high quality and equivalent performance standards as the AeroChamber Plus^® VHC, the Flow-Vu^® IFI feature enables caregivers to

• count patient breaths
• ensure a secure facemask seal
• coordinate actuation with inhalation to ensure proper technique

Improved control may help to improve patient compliance and lead to better respiratory disease management. By removing the potential for mistakes, the patient is given the time to take a slow deep breath – helping to ensure the medication gets where it is needed – in the lungs.

  Allows caregivers to coordinate actuation with inhalation, count patient breaths and ensure a satisfactory seal
• EZ-Flow Exhalation Valves
  Offers lower resistance to exhaled flow and directs the flow away from the patient to prevent irritation
